Hi, last month as part of my Computing college course, we were briefly taught how to make a website containing HTML, PHP and SQL code. We had to allow a user to enter their 'pretend' booking details on our website and have that website send the information to the database (made with phpMyAdmin)

The website address is here: http://gohan2091.awardspace.co.uk/CCN/index.htm

I am posting here for help. My teacher has asked us to add an element of AJAX to our website. It can be something simple or something complex, but it has to be something made with AJAX. Up until a day ago, I had no idea what AJAX was but it appears to be a toolkit that can be inserted into a web application... is this correct?

I would like some ideas on what I could do to add an element of AJAX to my website. I have Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 and Microsoft Frontpage 2003 installed. Could AJAX be linked to that? If so, how?

Thanks for any help.
