Hi, I know this might be easy question, but I'm stuck in here for a couple of hours already.
I have a mail form that send out email when the page is being load. I use this form with a custom hosted payment portal. So the process is like 1. Purchase-->2. enter credit card info(page hosted by third party) --> 3. comfirmation page from the third party-->4. my confirmation page (this is the page that should send a email when load)
However, for some reason in the Step 3. an confirmation email has already been sent to the buyer and me. and I click on next button from step 3, it goes to my comfirmation page; the email got sent again.
I can't figure out how could my email been sent when user is still on the third party page(the mail sending form is on my confirmation page). Is there any way that I can manage only send one email out at a time?? Cheers Very Much for any help
