Timer control in asp.net to redirect to other page

 Hi,
 I have a submit button on my form.
When user clicks on it, after around 10 seconds, he should be redirect to page called "Sweethome.aspx"
I did not find timer control in asp.net standard controls. ( I can see timer control in AJAX tools)

Also, Even if its there, On which event I should write Response.redirect("Sweethome.aspx") ??
