I am an ASP.net novice and I am trying to get the basic idea on data presentation. I am working in design view because I am not a good programmer yet to work in source view (code behind). My database site contains a TextBox, a Button and a GridView of my Employees database. I want to know how to configure the form so that when I type an employees first and last name in the texbox it will return the entire column of that persons information. Also what parameters should be set for the buttons and the textbox to pull the specific data from the datasource. Below is the codes for the webform:
