How to change Master Page Hyperlink from Child Page?

Hi,
I have a hyperlink control in masterpage as:

<asp:HyperLink runat="server" ID="linkHome" Text="Home"></asp:HyperLink>
  Now, from one of my ChildPage,I would like to do the following two things:
1.Change the text of the Hyperlink to:"MyHome"
2.Give the Hyperlink Navigate URL as :"SomePage.aspx".
How to do that in C#?
