Error while installing Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 Express

The link I'm using... http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=1695 and trying SQLEXPR_x86_ENU.exe  I've Windows XP SP3... This is the error I'm getting....
