What's the trick to send Email with images, asp.net 2.0??

I have been sending news letters with just text, but I would like to know what the trick is to send images aswell.

 

Basically, I would like to build a template to use html, something like this;

 

Dim sb As New StringBuilder()
----------- Header Image -------------sb.AppendLine("Dear " + memberName + ",")
sb.AppendLine()

sb.AppendLine(EmailMessage)
