Setting and saving TextBox.Text . . Help C#

Hello all,

I have a textbox on an asp.net page. I set the initial text of a text box during page load based upon the results of a database query (via querystring):

TextBoxDesc.Text = oRs.ReadData["DESCRIPTION"].ToString();

This sets the text box text to whatever happens to be in the database.....this is done to allow the site admin to easily edit the entry.

The problem is that when the site administator changes anything in the textbox and submits the page to resave it to the db, no changes are saved...it saves the original text.

string strNewDescription = TextBoxDesc.Text;

....do some databse stuff and update with ...
