string parameter on Scriptmanager

I registered the scriptblock using script manager(see the function below),  for the fourth paramter, there are a lot string concanation, should i use stringbuilder to improve the performance? I know usually for string, you should use stringbuilder, but i am not sure it is suitalble for scriptmanager. Thanks.
