Anonymous Profile

Hi, I have a value that I need to save in an anonymous user's profile, but it only works on the local host; when I publish it, it doesn't change the auto value. i.e.

 

          <add name="LanguagePreference" type="string" defaultValue="Auto" allowAnonymous="true"/>

        Profile.LanguagePreference = "en-NZ"
        Response.Redirect(Me.Request.Url.AbsolutePath)
    End Sub

 

when I try to change it, it works fine on local host, but not on the remote server.
