Ajax Autocomplete connected to MySQL

I looked at the video sample of the Ajax Autocomplete, but it generates random characters, but I am trying to get the data from MySQL Database.
How would I go about changing the code to connect to a specific table in database and return the results from a specific column?
 
Lets say for this example we have the following:
Database name: TestDB
Connection String: SampleConnectionString (if needed)
Table name: cn.test
Table column: Country
 
Here is a sample code that automaticaly generates random name that I would like to change:
