It's a rather basic question so I hope it's obvious as to what I'm getting at.
If I have a domain called "mysite.com", does it matter what my project is called?
Could I simply call it "bob" if I wanted to?
The bit that I'm stuck on is if I upload my "bob" project to my host, how are requests to mysite.com redirected to my "bob" project?
Sorry forsuch a silly question, but I've been focusing my learning on how to create asp.net websites and haven't gotten to the deployment/set up stage yet.
Any help is appreciated.
