MultiLine TextBox MaxLength in DetailsView

Hi,

I found a thread about the MultiLine TextBox MaxLength problem.But I tried their solution and it didn't work with me I think because my TextBox exists in an EditItemTemplate of a DetailsView.I checked the textbox ID after I selected ViewSource for the page and I found the id is "ctl00_MainContent_dvwArticle_txtAbstract" after it became a TextArea.Could anyone help me to make the MaxLength work for this DetailsView?
