Hello All,
I am using ASP.NET 1.1 and I have a data upload component while it allows users to upload Excel files. I tried on my development PC and its ok. When I transfered it over to the server, it does not work. It throws me the following error:
COM object with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} is either not valid or not registered
I believe its due to Excel not installed on the web server right? How I go about resolving it without installing Excel on the web server? Anyone has any previous experience?
