Get all the strings both form the aspx and cs files

We are doing localization for our running site.
We need to get all the strings both in aspx and in .cs files.
The text are inbetween 
legend, ToolTip, Text, altText, <title>and Title=""
The controls are both asp.net and html controls
ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript
asp:BoundField HeaderText
Contains(
inbetween " "
case "Location"
and etc.
Please help me to do the needful.
