How to get data from Same table according to need?

Hi friends,
I want to fetch data from data base accordingly from same table. Like my table is tbl_Days and in which there is day wise data is present, So i want to fetch Data day wise(like Sunday's data at  at different Tab similarly Mondays's data at different Tab etc.. ) at  different Tabs from that same table. What should be the best way to do that?

Thanks and regards,
Varun
