i need to get both Text and ToolTip value from WebResource.resx file in asp.net

hi,
i need to get both Text and ToolTip value from WebResource.resx file i have assigned resource file lblCodeResource1 value is Code: and lblToolTipResource1 value is EnterCode

i am using below the tag but didnt get text value

  <asp:Label ID="lblCode" runat="server" Text='<%=GetGlobalResourceObject("WebResource", "lblCodeResource1")%>'>

and another way to get the text value below the tag used this tag successful got text value
 
 <asp:Label ID="lblType" runat="server" Text="<%$Resources:WebResource,lblCodeResource1 %>">

but i need both text and tooltip value i am using below the tag not success only got ToolTip assigned both text and tooltip,
