positing the element in table.

Hi,

I have a little problem but many of them.  Well I have a  table  with 3 rows and 2 column. On the first row of the table in the 2nd column I want to place a link on towards all the way to the right. I set the property of this td to right. but when i run the application it goes back to the left side. so what is it that i should to avoid this.  

 

also if i am desiging a gridview and i make a  gridview.css  and just bind the property of the gridview to the gridview.css, so would it set the designing to the header, rows, althernate rows and others??..
