Enumeration classes

Hi, I have a question; I have a Table in my data base where one column has a digit from 1 to 5; it corresponds with a enumeration class, I need to make one table with the value of this column, but instead of have the digit I need the value of the enumeration, I mean if I have in the table of my DB:

Type
1
1
2
1


I would make other table with

Type
Monday
Monday
Tuestay
Monday

If in my numeration class i have that days, there is  some method of enum to do that??
