Web Form SQL Connection with Multiple Instance

i am having proplem with web form while selecting host_id(). The problem is each time i connect it'll return the same value.

 but in windows form it is working, with each instance it is generating different host_id.

i think it is connection problem? how do i connect sql server with multiple instance in webpage?

please share your views.
