DateTime without Time

Hello everyone. I want to record the system date on your computer to the database. Database - in Ms sql server 2000. How can this be done? Tried a couple of options such as
InsertCommand="INSERT INTO Test(CreateDate) VALUES (CONVERT(datetime, CONVERT(varchar, GETDATE(), 101)))" and
InsertCommand="INSERT INTO Test(CreateDate) VALUES (datediff(d, 0, getdate()))"

and

InsertCommand="INSERT INTO Test(CreateDate ...
