hey guys,
i'm having a consistent problem over my web apps I make, whereby button and linkbutton clicks that do postbacks to the page, will sort of sit in a limbo stage for extended periods of time, SOMETIMES, for no reason. it can even be for somethign as simple as changing the activeindex for a multiview. sometimes these buttons may be in updatepanels, sometimes not, i have the problem in both locations.
if it matters, you can assume that on most of my pages with these problems i've got at least a couple datalists, a couple sqldatasources, and some if/else if/else statements throughout the code-behind of the page.
it's very random. most times i can click things and they immediately do what they're supposed to, other times that exact same button under exact same circumstances will click, than "do nothing" for 30-60 seconds, than finally do what it's supposed to.
