Convert \r and \n to Bytes Fail !!!

Hi all,
I facing some issue when convert "\r" to bytes
My coding:
Dim info() As Byte = New UTF8Encoding(True).GetBytes("42601\r\n")
When i debug my program, it take /r as separately and the bytes show (92) and (114) but not (13)
i want to get (13) and not (92) or (114)
Can someone help me?
