ASP.NET form info to 2 different tables

Hi,
This is driving me crazy.

There is a submit button at the bottom.
When user clicks submit, all the information EXCEPT DESCRIPTIONS1~5  goes(insert) to a MSSQL table named 'test1'.
IN 'TEST1' TABLE, THERE IS A COLUMN NAMED 'ItemOBJID' which is auto generated to different rows(items).
THE PROBLEM IS, DESCRIPTIONS1~5 information goes(insert) to an another table named 'test2'.
The table has a column named ItemOBJID which table 'TEST1' column ItemOBJID value should be inserted.
 
I tried searching ItemOBJID from 'TEST1' but it returns null. < ...
