Customize a Button List Control

 Using APS.NET 2.0, C#, I am trying th change the appearance of a button list control so that it would look something like:
_______________________________
First Option Group Header

  o Option One       o Option Two
Second Option Group Header

  o Opton Three     o Option Four
_______________________________
The user must select one only of the four options.  Can I do this with one RadioButtonList?  Or do I need to have two, then somehow bind them together to make sure only one of the options if chosen (and not two - ie one from each group.
