Hey, im trying to use FormsAuthentication and membership with the new MVC framework but for some reson despite having the users in the database (created with the asp.net application services command line tool) FormsAuthentication.Authenticate() always fails while Membership.ValidateUser() works, but obviously i can't then set the Form Auth cookie without the FormsAuth stuff.
