Opening a PDF file with #search

I'm downloading a PDF-file with de response.outputstream.write method.

 The PDF-file is downloaded well, but I also want to pass a search term to the PDF-file with the adobe API. Normally I can do this by the following url:

 http//:www.abc.com/test.pdf#search='john'

 When I try to do this with de following code:
page.Response.HeaderEncoding = Encoding.UTF8;
page.Response.AddHeader("Content-Length", byteArray.Length.ToString());
