Simple Email form that allows users to add inputs?

Hi. I'm making a form that just emails the information from a bunch of inputs, but one part of the form could use some more technical programming.

I want to have a button that can be clicked to add a row of inputs (to a table) and it would also create a button to remove that row and inputs. So that users could add any number of fields to fill out, rather then limit them to only a  few. And when they click submit the form knows how to handle the added inputs.

What would be the best way to go about doing this? I'm using ASP.Net 2.0.
