how to get the color attribute dynamically in asp table

Hi
I have an asp table as shown below...
1)now i need to align this table in middle...
2)backcolor attribute should get the color from database i tried like this
Backcolor ='<%# System.Drawing.Color.FromName(Eval("COLS").ToString()) %>'
but am not getting
