openldap in asp.net application

Hi There,

I am developing an Intranet website. It's almost done except that i've got to enable authentication. I have been asked to connect it to openldap for user authentication. I've never worked with ldap. I am the only person involved in this work. Don't know how to proceed. I've looked up online but cudn't fine much help.
