Hello all. I have a question about the createuser, can I roll my own CreateUser function in a custom membership provider inherited from membership provider and return the membershipstatus code and not a membership user, I see no point in returning an instance of membership user, I understand the membershipstatuscode is an out parameter but I would rather return and integer equal to the status code. Any thoughts on why I have to return a membership user vs the membership staus code will be helpful.
