My application uses the menu control. I have a form that uses six of these, which are populated dynamically via code. The form has worked in earlier version of my app.
I upgraded my app to VS 2010. At the same time, updated to .Net 4.0 from 2.0.
When I run the app, the menu controls are automatically expanded. When I move the mouse over the menu, and then off, it colapses. Also, instead of appearing as a popup, they expand the parent area, in my case, a table row.
I have compared the generated html from the old version to the new, but don't see what the problem is. I pared down the form, so that there is only one menu control. I statically added the elements, and removed all code behind. It still fails. The menu is set to horizontal orientation.
I have attempted to reproduce this outside of my app without success.
