Hello,

When .Net 1.1 first came out I tried asp.net for a couple of small projects, but then I pretty much gave up on it till now. I'm using VS2008 and would like to know what's the best way of organizing controls all over my forms. Because I was under the impression that if I create web user controls on separate pages, I can add them to my Default.aspx as separate components and that way I can keep using them same web user controls on all other pages. I'd have user control for the header part, a user control for user login, a user control for the main menu.... But, unfortunately it seems like I can only have one control with "run at=server" control on a page. So, I'm left wondering if there is any other way of accomplishing the same goals and how you basically arrange your controls on a page? with tables, pantels, or what?
