I am a newbie to remoting and webservices so I am trying to learn where it is more suitable to use each technology.As an example, let me say i want to build an application for a company who has at least two or more branchs.Basically,the application will store the products, generate necesssaary reports and enable the users a chat application within the program.
Which technology would be more suitable in this scenario?
