Performance modeling/Monitoring application health

Hi Forum

I need to be able to monitor the health of many applications. I'm looking of� a tool that is able to show me a dashboard-like overview of application health. The application should show reports based on both� ressource utallization (CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, Network I/O), application trace information and it would be best if it could be intregrated with support systems, so that� reports� can show� when bad� application health start to result in support cases. The applications to be monitored are all .Net server applications. Many are web applications and some with web service apis.

Why?

We need to be able to early discover signs of applications failing so that dicision makes can decide what to do based on the reports.

Hope someone knows a good tool/application for this.
