Open a new popup window

Hey,

 Maybe a silly question, but what is the code to open a popup window on a button click ???  I want also to have it focused to that popup window

I don't want to use a linkbutton !

I used it in ASP pages and javascript but wants to do it now in VB code.

old code : Ret = showModalDialog("Date.asp", "" , "dialogWidth=150pt; dialogHeight=165pt; help=no; status=no ;toolbar=no")
