Convert Panel content to HTML and Email it

Hi,

 I have a webform and in the webform I have a Panel (pnlContent). Within the panel I have a Table that contains many lables. I'd like to take the content of the panel, convert it to HTML and then send the HTML within an HTML email. I'm not sure if it's possible, but I've read that there's a RenderControl(HtmlTextWriter) object I can use. I jsut don't know how to use it.

I guess I want to do something like this...
MailMessage mail = new MailMessage();
...
