I have a checkboxlist on my page

It gets populated in code behind dynamically (by adding individual ListItems to the list - read from DB).
I wanted to reference this checkboxlist in jQuery - see which check boxes are checked and for the checked read an attribute I also add dynamically...BUT when I go to 'view source' I only see this ...
