Access to the path "C:\....." denied error

Hi,
I tried to download word file from the server on which my website is hosted.
I got this error. ( Even on local comp i am getting same error, only
difference is location of word file changes..(obviously ;) ) 
 
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\HostingSpaces\User1\mydomain.com\wwwroot' is denied.

ASP.NET is not authorized to access the requested resource. Consider granting access rights to the resource to the ASP.NET request identity.
