I am having an issue exposing the values in an array that I built – I build a test app that I can post here to show what I am trying to do. I build an asp.net app (using vb) - default has two text boxes – I add a class page, Class1.vb, in it I write an function and build and populate an array.
The function in the class is called by the vb code in default.asp.vb and it displays the value calculated by the function and the value in the array. All is good. Now I want to call a page (Page2.Aspx) from a button on the default.aspx page – and I want to reference the value in the array that I built in the Class1.vb. I put the code to display a value from the array in Page2.Aspx.VB. The pages are included – can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. Fyi, I’m a long time programmer – learning now to be a web programmer.
