how to compare length of 2 TextBox?

I place 2 TextBox in my webpage
just want to make sure the Text in these to boxes is same as each other
like that
TextBox1.Text =dae111 ? length = 6
TextBox2.Text =daowe1 ?length = 6
if ( TextBox1.Text.Length == TextBox2.Text.Length ) ? True


TextBox1.Text =da11 ? length = 4

TextBox2.Text =daowe1 ?length = 6
if ( TextBox1.Text.Length == TextBox2.Text.Length ) ? False


can I do this validator by CompareValidator? if yes, how to do?
I try to use CompareValidator to compare 2 TextBox.Text.Length but which seems can be done by CompareValidator..
