Any help would be appreciated.
The Situation:  I have a user control that I need to create dynamically.  I need to create the user control using its constructor that takes a Boolean and a String as parameters.  The user control has a default constructor (i.e. no parameters) as well as a the constructor I just described. These are Public constructors.  My user control has the ClassName attribute defined in its @Control tag.  My page that will contain the dynamically added user controls has the proper @Reference tag, and this is the top most tag on the page.
The Problem:  I am getting an error when calling the overloaded LoadControl method in my attempt to call the overloaded constructor on the user control.  My code that calls the method is thus:
Dim controlToAdd As ASP.Controls_GradRequirement ...
