Hi guys:
I need to implement a measurement, in HttpModule, to filter out requests from illegal host/IP based on Referrer HTTP Header. What I am planing is to use List to store illegal urls and then compare Request.UrlReferrer.Host with black list in List.
I wonder if loop through List and make String comparsion would be a serious performance hit, whether Dictionary is a better alternatve? Please give suggestion about it, if any.
