sales management

I want to create a web application using C# and ASP.NET to handle the sales management, to organize calls processes, clients data, notifications... and provide multiple reports to the managers.
I can't determine which technologies should i use regular asp form or MVC, ADO.NET or LINQ ?
Should i use System workflow or not ?
really, i want to have suggestions before starting in the project to take the right way from the first.
