Simple Page_load Query!

 

Hello forum!
 As simple as possible! i need a query that on pageload will check the database to see if that user exists,

If the user doesnt exist, it will add them to it
if the user does exist, just carry on!

I use windows auth for this



I though it would be a basic if statment with an sql link, but as im novice i just dont know the coding for this!
Please be generous with coding as im very new to this!
