Can we raise SelectedIndexChanged Event event of BulletedList Control ?

Hi,
while browsing through the list of events in BulletedList control i saw OnSelectedIndexChanged and OnTextChanged events . I was surprised that BulletedList is just for showing Text or links. But how the above stated events can be Raised for that control ?
Can anyone give me an example to work on these events on a BulletedList control ?
