Reading specific data from excel with c#

hey guys, i've been searching for a while but i couldn't find a sample.I need a web page that opens an excel file in file system and reads some particular columns and rows such as(f4,a2,b9) and keeps them in variables like data1=f4 and data2=b9 can anyone help?thanks
