View Designer

When opening a project in Visual Basic .Net, in the Solution Explorer I right click on the Name.aspx and click on View Designer.  When opening,  the 2nd webpage is display not the 1st webpage, I would like the 1st webpage to display so I can make some changes to it, is there a toggle command/switch that will bring the 1st webpage up (it's as if the the person who created this have both pages on top of each other?)  I guess I can go into the HTML and make the changes but that shouldn't have to be the case. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
