How i can generate server tag from asp.net controls ?

hi every body
I'm designing a program that one of it's important risk is "Generate server tag from control heirarchy". for example i have a heirarchy such as below :

Panel p = new Panel(); p.ID = "Panel1"; TextBox t = new TextBox(); t.ID = "TextBox1"; p.Controls.Add(t);

and i want generate xml server tag from this heirarchy such as below :
<asp:Panel ID="Panel1" runat="server"> <asp:TextBox ID="TextBox1" runat="server"></asp:TextBox> </asp:Panel>
any idea ?
