I want to use a detailsview to display empty controls for users to enter data to be inserted into a gridview. If I use autogeneraterows=true, it'll display that row's data. And when I click new it will blank out data in the controls to let users type in new values.
I don't want to display data when the page loads so I set autogeneraterows=false. The problem with that is it doesn't display any control for users to type when the page is loaded. How can that be fixed?
